The entire place is outfitted with colorful neon lights and quirky decor.

Designed by a well-known architecture firm called Khmaladze Architects, the space is under a stylized glass dome that houses the dining room, a gas station, and gardens. While it’s unclear if it happens, the lettuce on the burgers could just as easily have come from the lush indoor garden.
