Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve no doubt heard of Facebook, the popular social networking site. Many network marketers want to take advantage of Facebook in their business activities, but aren’t quite sure how to do it.

There are a number of ways you can use Facebook to make a profit – the easiest way is with its pay-per-click option. We’ll see:

The easiest way to get started is to use Facebook’s pay-per-click option. If you select “advertising”, you will be taken to a registration page where you can create a direct advertising campaign. The advantage of this is that you can target demographic and psychographic data that few ad platforms can offer. Also, their user base is growing by the day, which means their market is growing by the day.

Some tips to keep in mind are:

– No replicated websites. If you’re trying to use your company’s replicated website, you might as well not bother advertising. You need a real website that is designed to get leads or sales if you plan to use FB (or any PPC platform, for that matter).

– Use relevant non-marketing ads. FB does not allow ads that look like junk. If your ad is “find out how to make a lot of $$$$$$”, your ad will be disapproved. Give FB too many bullshit ads and they will ban your account. Follow their guidelines and you will be treated well.

– Use a bridge page. If you send your traffic directly to your optin site, you risk being shut down. A bridge page is just an intermediate page that a user is taken to after clicking your ad. The bridge page connects to your landing page, and this is how you generate your leads from FB.

The good news with Facebook is that its ad platform is still dirt cheap compared to many other ad networks (Google in particular). Use it correctly and you will reap the rewards.
