Do you have problems with the behavior of your children? If so, take a look here for a few minutes, at parenting without screaming. You may be curious to know what it is about.

If you are reading this, chances are that things are not going very well between you and your children. If it’s any consolation, know that many other parents are going through this too.

The economy is tight and children are growing up very fast. As a parent, it is very difficult to keep up with all of this.

Consequently, you probably have a job that takes a lot of your time, just like millions of others. You try to be a decent enough parent and keep the family finances together, and it is all very difficult.

All of this explains how difficult things are. And yes, almost everyone else has it difficult too, but the bottom line is that it doesn’t make things any better. You keep having the same problems and the same kids, doing the same bad behaviors over and over again.

Well, the main thing to do is not blame yourself for the way things are in your family. If the situation above is like yours, things are bad enough. Try not to increase the negative nature of things.

So, you may be wondering, what do I do then? Enter scream-free parenting. Just try to be open-minded to see that being so hard on your kids when you discipline them may not be the answer. Is that effective already?

Do you think you should discipline your children as you see fit? In other words, will you yell and yell at them, and scold and lecture them as much as possible if it works? And if you use them, are they still really effective?

If you use these methods, you probably use them because you grew up with them or because they once worked for you. Maybe you still think they are effective or you use them because you are so used to them. In our busy routines of life, we don’t have time to examine every detail of what is happening.

However, these types of family problems are of the utmost importance. It may be time to take a closer look at this, rather than put it off. What about scream-free parenting? While you’re still reading, let’s see how this can work things out.

Your kids get scared when you yell at them and teach them a lesson, and this increases their stress levels. As a result, cortisol is produced which then goes to your brain. This is bad as it disorients them and then they are prone to acting a bit more. What happens then is all too familiar. You scream some more and this whole scenario repeats itself over and over again.

There are more really bad things that are caused by this cortisol. Your children will be subject to osteoporosis because it causes less bone formation. It also increases blood pressure, lowers the immune system, and lowers memory, which impairs learning ability. Low self-esteem and adolescent delinquency are often prevalent due to all of this combined with tough parenting.

Parents generally just want to raise their children normally and give them a sense of what is right and what is wrong. However, sometimes things go too far off track. This is sad because all that children really need is to be loved and cared for.
