Black Friday BENEFITS Guide: Toys

I have been buying and selling toys and collectibles for about 5 years. Over the years, I’ve taught myself to look for products that can turn into potential sellers and make a decent profit. As we get closer and closer to the holidays and Black Friday, I start to write down various potential toys that could be heated and head to the stores to buy some. I am NOT a hoarder and I don’t buy every toy I find in the store. This is wrong and will result in bad karma, so don’t go to the stores and buy everything in stock. This guide is meant to help you earn some extra cash, or even secure the hottest toys so you can give them away and make the kids happy!

Black Friday is the official start of the holiday shopping season and it quickly turns into a madhouse. Every year, there are a few “hot” items that are on everyone’s wish list. These toys sell out instantly and become impossible to find. Many people turn to eBay, Craigslist or any other resource to secure these toys where they will spend MUCH more than they would in the store. This is bad for the buyer but great news for the seller. A savvy salesperson will have searched for the best toys of the year and secured them weeks before Black Friday.

A few weeks ago I wrote an article about the hottest toys this year, and guess what? The first prediction camera is TRUE! I’ll list the things I think will sell this year, but I want to mention that ONE IS SOLD OUT ALREADY, and Black Friday hasn’t happened yet. Fisher Price released “Dance Star Mickey” At first I didn’t know about this product because it was $70, but I decided to take a chance and bought 2 on Amazon (TAX FREE, FREE shipping and I earn bonus points on my credit card) and take a chance. Come down and look: If you go to Amazon right now, this product is out of stock and people are already asking for $90. If Amazon has more in stock, I recommend buying 1 or 2. I see this product easily selling for over $100 as as we approach the holidays.

The next item I think will sell out is the Red Mario 25th Anniversary Nintendo Wii and the DSI XL. These were recent items and they ARE still available to purchase. Amazon has both for sale for MSRP. If you visit eBay, you’ll notice that these items are ALREADY selling for $20-$40 MORE than Amazon. This is nonsense and just shows you how easily you can earn some extra cash by doing a little research. I know once these 2 items sell out eBay will become a madhouse and prices will skyrocket.

The last item I want to discuss are Sing A Ma Jigs, especially the Santa version. This is a limited edition green/red toy that has the potential to sell for possibly a $20 profit. I also have some sing a ma jigs sitting in my room, in case they run out of course. It never hurts to try.

So, if you want to earn some extra cash this holiday, I suggest you take a look at the products I mentioned above. I would also appreciate reading my other articles for other tips for this holiday season. I also have a personal blog!
