Aerco International Inc. was founded in 1949 by Henry Angelery. Aerco International introduced a revolutionary design for an indirect fire water heater that heated water on demand and without storage at a controlled temperature. The innovation that Aerco introduced became a standard for water heaters. Over the years, they were able to improve and maximize the recovery of latent thermal energy that increased the efficiency of the equipment. Aeroc International achieved another achievement by being the first manufacturer to offer a full modulating condensing gas commercial water heater in 1988. They can be used as a single unit or in modular arrangements and offer selectable modes of operation. The BMK3000 is only 78 ‘tall by 28’ wide and 56 ‘deep, can easily fit in a standard size door, and takes up a very small footprint.
