Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large baking dish, place the meat. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. 1 small onion, sliced

4 oz. can mushrooms, drained

1/2 cup sour cream

In a small bowl, combine the flour, seasoned salt, and paprika. Use this mixture to coat your meat. Brown the meat in a lightly oiled skillet and drain. Combine sauce mix and water as directed on sauce packet. Top the meat and add the sliced ​​onions. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 15 more minutes. Remove the pork chops to a serving platter. Add mushrooms and sour cream to sauce mixture and heat over low heat for 3 minutes. Once the mixture is hot, drizzle the pork chops over the top.
