Grilled Chicken with Hot Raspberry

What do you need:

  • 1 kilo of boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle of tomato sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups raspberry jam
  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of hot sauce
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

In a large saucepan, combine the ketchup, raspberry preserves, pickle juice, honey, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, onion flakes, garlic powder, and black pepper. ground. Combine hoisin sauce, barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and ginger root in a large saucepan. Add the turkey, half the green onions, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine the remaining onion and the remaining olive oil in a small bowl. Brush the cut sides of each roll with the mixture and place on a baking sheet. Cook on a preheated broiler until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes. Top with the turkey mixture and serve immediately.

Grilled Pears with Blue Cheese

What do you need:

  • 4 pears, halved lengthwise and cored
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

In a small bowl, combine the cheese and butter and pour the mixture into the cavity of each pear half. In a separate bowl, mix the hot sauce and olive oil and brush each pear half with the mixture. Cook the pears on a preheated grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
